What To Consider Before Creating Your Muscle Building Program
If you are a beginner, then you should study and familiarize yourself first with the science of weight lifting before you actually engage in it and dedicate almost 2 years of your life. There is a possibility that you will be wasting your time since you are doing something that is not efficient and helpful for you.
So to start creating your no nonsense muscle building program, read some of the tips I have for you below:
The first thing you need to be aware of is the concept of doing compound exercises. These are great since they activate a couple of muscle groups all at once by just doing a single lift. Also, they release the required hormones that you will actually need for body building, making your ability to build muscles much much better. So do some bench presses, squats, and dead lifts and you should be able to gave a complete body workout with just those three.
Now if you cannot afford a yearly gym membership, then you can just assemble your own weight lifting equipment at home. Just try to look for second hand equipment or look for some in the internet. You do need really expensive ones here. You just need a simple bench and a couple of weights. In fact, you can even start working out without any equipment at all. You can do push-ups, sit-ups, and dips which could provide you a good upper body workout already.
Finally, learn the importance of progressive resistance. Your need to be either lifting heavier or lifting more each week, otherwise you will see no gains in your body. This is a way of telling your body to adjust and react to the heavier weights. And as a response, it will get bigger in the process.
So there you have it, the tips provided above should come in handy if you really want to get serious with muscle building.
