A breastfeeding diet can include the use of bottle-feeding when required. It will be found that not all nursing mothers use breastfeeding to feed their babies. The use of bottle feeding is gaining ground in the modern world. The important aspect to keep in mind is to ensure the breastfeeding diet in bottles such as infant formula is as healthy as breast milk. There are babies who have become accustomed to breastfeeding that they wont accept any other way out while others are fond of being bottle fed, that is the only way they can feed.

Newborn babies are not supposed to be introduced on bottle feeding that sooner. Every baby should pass through breastfeeding because of enormous benefits breast milk has on the health of the baby. It is only under exceptional circumstances where the mother is not able to breastfeed when the use of bottle-feeding can be used. To make the baby come to terms early with bottle feeding introduce it in two to three weeks of age.

The most preferred age is five weeks. The bottles have artificial nipples made in such a way to make the baby get used to it as soon as possible. The drawback to premature bottle feeding is it messes up with nursing which is supposed to bring bondage between the mother and baby and provides a natural losing weight while breastfeeding. The bottle should be filled with breast milk to make the baby adapt quickly to it. Breast milk has more nutritional value to the baby than formula food. The flavor of breast milk is liked more by a baby than the flavor of formula food.

It is not necessary to force a baby to eat certain amounts of foods. The best approach is to wait when he/she is angry and give him/her a balanced diet in the right quantities. The importance of using bottle feeds is it gives room for a mother to engage in a loosing weight while breastfeeding program.
